Microneedling is a skin rejuvenation treatment that uses tiny needles to create micro-channels in the skin, stimulating collagen production and improving skin texture, tone, and firmness. During treatment, LUMI-MESO serums are infused into the skin to enhance results and support brighter, smoother, healthier-looking skin. Serum options: LUMI-MESO Bright – Helps improve uneven skin tone, pigmentation, dark spots, and sun damage while boosting overall radiance. Powered by Tranexamic Acid, Niacinamide, Glutathione, and Vitamin C. LUMI-MESO Tox™ – Designed to smooth and firm the skin while reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles using advanced peptides and skin-supporting actives. LUMI-MESO Elite – An all-round rejuvenating serum that improves skin texture, tone, hydration, and overall skin quality. Powered by Niacinamide, Vitamin C, Polynucleotides, Vitamin B12, and a 25-peptide complex. Please add a note when booking to let us know which serum you would like: Bright, Tox™, or Elite.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY Your appointment is very important to us and is reserved especially for you. By booking an appointment with us, you are agreeing to follow our policies. And failure to abide by the policies may forfeit the ability to book an appointment in the future. To secure your appointment a 35% non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. And a cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give us this notice. - more than 48 hours’ notice will allow you to move your appointment & transfer your deposit to another date, one time only. - less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 35% of the appointment amount/the deposit paid will be lost. - less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the appointment amount. - no shows will be charged 100% of the appointment amount and you may be unable to book your next appointment until it’s been paid. - If your on a course booking, you will have sessions deducted accordingly. - gift vouchers will be void if less than 24 hours’ notice is given. LATE If you are running late, please let us know. As being late has a knock on effect to other clients. We have the right to cancel your appointment and charge 100% of the appointment amount if you are over 10 mins late. Thank you for supporting our policies and understanding our need to enforce it.
