Dermaplaning is a manual exfoliation treatment. A sterile, single-use scalpel is used to safely and effectively remove dead skin cells from the top layer of skin (stratum corneum) along with fine, vellus hair from the face (peach fuzz). Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY Your appointment is very important to us and is reserved especially for you. By booking an appointment with us, you are agreeing to follow our policies. And failure to abide by the policies may forfeit the ability to book an appointment in the future. To secure your appointment a 30% non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. And a cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give us this notice. - more than 48 hours’ notice will allow you to move your appointment & transfer your deposit to another date. - less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 30% of the appointment amount/the deposit paid will be lost. - less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the appointment amount. - no shows will be charged 100% of the appointment amount and you may be unable to book your next appointment until it’s been paid. - If your on a course booking, you will have sessions decided from the course to accommodate missed sessions. - gift vouchers will be void if less than 24 hours’ notice is given. LATE If you are running late, please let us know. As being late has a knock on effect to other clients. We have the right to cancel your appointment and charge 100% of the appointment amount if you are over 10 mins late. Thank you for supporting our policies and understanding our need to enforce it.
